Walk to Cambodia

As part of the Make Tomorrow mission to create positive change we offered our services to the Walk to Cambodia registered charity event taking place in April. In creating a new brand identity and a suite of visual assets covering the entire marketing campaign, we have sought to humanise and show warmth, positivity and connection with the people most impacted by the support provided by Human and Hope, led by CEO & Founder Sally Hetherington OAM.

Why Cambodia?

–Only 37% of girls are enrolled in secondary education
–20% over the age of 15 are illiterate
–20% live on less than USD$1.90 per day
–More than 260,000 trapped in modern slavery

HHA Cambodia is entirely run by local Cambodian staff, as they believe that local staff are the subject matter experts, know the community and culture best, and can provide consistency and long-term support for their beneficiaries.

Their mission is to empower Cambodians to create a sustainable future for themselves, and they achieve this by involving whole families in their education, vocational training and community development programs.

Funds raised make a real-world impact funding literacy classes, a pre school, library, scholarships and sewing/farming training.

“Make Tomorrow completely revamped the branding for our annual charity event, The Walk to Cambodia.

Kelly took the brief and developed a logo, assets and imagery that took our event branding to a whole new level. This enabled us to confidently approach corporates and media, securing participation and exposure that our old branding couldn’t have achieved.”
